Johnny did a bang up job of cleaning the dust from under the refrigerator. However that did not repair the problem. I am calling Sears tomorrow for a full service job to fix the temperature in the freezer. My NEW icecream is now soft serve.

i have a service agreement with them for my washer and dryer and it has more than paid for itself. happy with the service other than the hard sells for extra services at the end of every call. they get the job done though, most techs are very professional and polite.
