Andrew, my Sears Service Repairman was polite and very professional. Due to social distancing, he was very agreeable when I asked if he would remove his shoes before he entered my home. He came prepared and serviced my refrigerator. Thank you Andrew for a job well done.

Closed in Pasadena. Back in the day they had experienced repair services on Kenmore and other brands they sold. Going to miss this convenient location.

The independent repairman was fantastic. Friendly and responsive. Sears took three weeks send him the part, though. I'll use this service again but I might buy a different brand from now on.
