the service man was here twice / first time he had to order a part , the part arrived and was installed, That did not correct the problem , after more work he recharged the unit with the proper amount of gas tested the unit to date it is working properly !!

The repair person was very professional, well spoken, and took care of my 'frozen' ice cube maker. He cleaned up after his work was complete and I was happy.

The actual service was great! The process of trying to book with a virtual agent was a drag. I tried twice. Some how each agent wasn’t able to secure the date I wanted even though they said I was booked. I recommend booking online without the help of the virtual agent on the chat feature.
