The actual service was great! The process of trying to book with a virtual agent was a drag. I tried twice. Some how each agent wasn’t able to secure the date I wanted even though they said I was booked. I recommend booking online without the help of the virtual agent on the chat feature.

Sears sent a qualified repairman. He fixed part of the problem that was in the dishwasher and also gave us some good advice on what a handyman or plumber needed to do. We are quite pleased. It is working perfectly now.
