Johnny was the 3rd and last tech person to repair my dryer. He was efficient - he checked everything and did TWO test to make sure it was working before he left, and prepared - he had the parts in his vehicle. He did not just do a quick check like the 1st tech and he did not say it was something different like the 2nd tech. He watch the machine run after his repairs to ensure the machine was working before he left. Johnny was great!
