The service was excellent - the technician was friendly and very competent in fixing the problem - he is a "keeper." Setting up the appointment was easy - no waiting on the phone for a rep. Would recommend your service to our friends.

Johnny did a bang up job of cleaning the dust from under the refrigerator. However that did not repair the problem. I am calling Sears tomorrow for a full service job to fix the temperature in the freezer. My NEW icecream is now soft serve.
