Technician did his best but due to "Internal Leak" so it cannot be repaired, need to replace a new unit. Per Technician I should receive email or phone call from Sears in 7 days to arrange a new unit replacement.

My 2013 Kenmore washer stopped working. The new machines are too big for my laundry room space, so I had to get it fixed. First technician diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to get the part from across the country. Second technician was really helpful at explaining the problem in greater detail and very quick to install the new part. Both were extremely professional, competent and efficient. The scheduler messed up, which delayed things a bit, but the technicians were great. They deserve the 5 star rating.

I needed service on my Lg refrig. Ice maker. I have a Sears service contract on it, I called was able to make an appt. that worked for me. I was given updates several times , then Armand (tech) from A&E called said he would arrive in 15-20 minutes, which he arrived in 15 minutes. He was friendly, explained the problem, was very concerned about any water leaking on my floor. Did the work and made sure it was repaired. He was the best tech I have had. Did a few extra things, like replacing the filters for me. If I need service on my appliances again, hopefully Armand will be sent out.

Excellent customer service new tech driven. Efficient, friendly, informative , respectful repairman. Jose was all of the above and more. He provided quick estimates, helped us problem solve a vacation delivery problem and provided info about current company services. The Sears technician was quite knowledgeable about how to proceed to fix the leak in the Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator, as well as examining other vulnerabilities in the compressor. His work was thorough. We would love to see this technician again.
