He did not open machine to examine. He washed one towel simply to observe the shaking and imbalance that occurred. He said to replace the spacer mechanism would probably cost around $1,400 which is more than the cost of the washer. After he left we have the same machine with no work done on it and paid $129

Ken the repair man is very courteous and inspires trust. He is also very thorough. My only complaint is that he was a bit later than at first promised. I guess he had had a very busy day and I was the last customer of the day. But aside from that, he did a great job.

The two different repair persons were very congenial and thoroughly explained all answers to my questions. The repair seems to have been successful. The appointment scheduling was very efficient and followed to a tee.
