The guy had a attitude problem since he arrive.. didn't appreciate at all

Started with 2 problems, one corrected (drain hose),the other not so (machine vibrates so hard that the machine travels).

Mike did a wonderful job, but I still am unhappy that no one called me to tell me the previous appointment had been cancelled, and I waited all day and rearranged my schedule.

Sears repair man comes on scheduled time. After he evaluated the problem discovered that he has one part but still needs another part that goes as a set, he doesn't know why Sears doesn't give it as a set. He had to order it & I had to wait another week, until they send it to me. When another repair man was sent to repair, he said, you don't this other part. A little disappointing, after almost 2 weeks to get my washer repaired.

The effort required two technicians which was clearly discussed with the scheduler but one technician attended. This was a second attempt since the first visit was postponed for the same reason.

I would give this a higher rating if it weren't for the poor service at the beginning...they nearly blew me off on the first call, for which I had to wait a week. It took three insistent calls after they missed the 8a-noon window, and finally after much noise being made the serviceman showed up almost at 5pm. He just ordered parts on his tablet and also mentioned casually that he blew off 4 other clients that afternoon. We waited for parts to be shipped to us, and then the final service call to repair the washer. all told, it took nearly one month to have a functioning washer. I don't consider that attentive customer service. the washer works fine now but it was an unnecessary hassle.

Came late! We were not notified that he will be coming late. We even have to call where the guy is. Pls contact your client if you are running late. Our time was from 8-12. The guy came at 1:30. We couldnt leave the house until he came so we do not miss it. Disappointed!
