Our man called to ask me if I had recieved a part that I wasn’t aware of and said it wouldn’t arrive until 9/4. We needed the dryer fixed sooner. The man calls me about 10 minutes later & said he looked at our order and realized we didn’t need the parts that hadn’t been delivered yet. I was so impressed. He went above and beyond and we now have a dryer to use!
