This same issue has been going on since Jan., 7 months! Took several weeks to get the parts and then info was incorrect so never knew when tech would come. Finally, in March Luis cam to replace compress or drier (I think). He never did it before and watched videos on his phone! Worked for a few days and had to come back. Crimped line from compressor - no Freon. Repaired. Worked for several weeks and same problem. Julio identified 2 leaks, fixed and recharged. Fingers crossed

Luis and his associate did a great job installing new refrigerant parts. They were on time today (Tuesday). I was supposed to receive the service last Friday, but nobody showed up nor called. Luis was removed from the service list during the day, Friday, so someone else didn't come as I waited all day for service and couldn't talk to a live person! Luis - - great Sears Home Service - - disappointing due to no show on Friday
