Yesterday, Sunday at noon, my refrigerator stopped freezing. I was looking for a good technician and I found him at Sears Home Services. They sent Howard M. He contacted me, arrived at the agreed-upon time, and explained to me step by step what he was doing to find the problem. I'm glad he was able to fix it right away. So, my refrigerator is working again today, Monday at noon. Thank you, Mr. Howard, for your good work.👍😊

Roman was here few years ago for the dishwasher. Diagnosed it in a few minutes. This was a GE water filter installed incorrectly in the refrigerator. (Duh…) That was it! He saw it immediately! He is a wonderful person, and honest as the day is long. Thanks!!
