My SEARS KENMORE refrigerator works excellent, as good as the day I bought it 14 years ago. A few minor repairs to the hard-working ice maker but Sears service is the best. I give them FIVE STARS.

This repair person analyzed the problem, and simply checked the water supply. The installers didn't open the faucet for the correct flow. So all the parts and service charges were bogus, had someone thought to check the faucet setting!!!! Such a simple thing has cost us hundreds of dollars, and we would like to be reimbersed!!!!!
