Technician Martin is the absolute best. I have used Sears Maintenance plan for 12 years and hands down - Martin did such a thorough maintenance job on all 5 appliances that I feel like I’ve got brand new appliances. He even took the time to show me how to do some of my own maintenance to keep things spiffed up until my next maintenance checkup. Martin is a credit to your company. Take good care of him!
