The service and the tech. was excellent.

I had my washing machine and refrigerator checked out. I was extremely happy with the job. Both gentlemen were very professional, very knowledgeable and most of all very friendly. The service was perfect and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much for the great experience. Michael Dillon

We are very happy with the service we receive from Sears. Have an extended service agreement for our fridge and repair, part replacement and appliance service was done in atimely manner and service technician was very polite and friendly. The communication in regard to service time was really appreciated.

The technician was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He recommended replacing the part due to "wear and tear" because, although repaired, it would likely break down again. The part was ordered for our ice dispenser and indeed after becoming rather temperamental in dispensing the ice, did require replacement. . . Sears has always provided us with excellent repair services.
