The service repair man came within the scheduled time. He was very professional, courteous, informative. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and it was going to take a bit to get it all fixed. He had every piece of replacement parts needed with him in his truck. So didn't have to wait for days for repairs, especially when living in a small mountain community that they have to commute to. Definitely knowledgeable and explained to me what was happening in a way that I would understand. Answered any questions I had. Excellent service as always from Sears. Thanks from Big Bear CA!
