The technician arrived on time and he knew immediately what the issue was. He was efficient, personable and friendly. We emptied the frig and he cleaned out the drain. I cannot say enough good things about Sears Service. This is the second experience that I had with them and both times the tech new what the problem was and correctec the issue. I have been using Sears for over 30 years now and have always been heppy with the service.

Kimbro Appliance, who Sears sent to service my clothes dryer, was just terrific. They replaced all the parts (3 I think) needed and my dryer operates as though it is new. In fact it is 15 years old. 5 stars any day!
