George did a great job, solved several problems due to the last service man misleading me and signing me up for the wrong plan. George took extra time to resolve these problems at the end of his long day

Rufus did a fantastic job fixing our broken dryer. He explained to me what the problem was and how to maintain my dryer in the future. He was professional and I a grateful to have my dryer back up and working!
