We were able to get a service call within a few days for our Kenmore dryer. We were kept informed when our service rep was on the way and he arrived within the time frame we were given. He was professional, courteous and well informed and gave us some great advice.

It took two cancelled appointments to get the service guy out. I could hear the scheduler on the phone with him and could tell he was over scheduled

Excellent service overall. Technician arrived on time. Communicated the issue very clearly. Did the repair and only charged the call-out fee. Would highly recommend them.
