Arranged my appointment with ease online. Technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was not under a sears home warranty and he still resolved my issue for minimal cost. I had two other companies here to access issue and both tried to sell me new systems for thousand of dollars. Would definitely recommend Sears repair service.

I had Dave as my technician in the Yucca Valley area for my dishwasher and stove top. He gave me a 20minute heads up of his arrival and was on time, courteously introducing himself before entering my home. Without hesitation he was asking what I felt was wrong with both appliances and took the time to assure me of what was normal and expected from the appliances and what was abnormal. He got to work right away on the dishwasher, replaced a kinked tube that wasn't allowing proper drainage and found a clog in my stove top gas pipe that he efficiently replaced as well. Thankful to have had someone as professional, knowledgable and respectful as Dave come help me out!

Tech was fast and knew exactly what the problem was on our LG refrigerator that suddenly stopped cooling. Would definitely use again for future appliance repairs.
