fast gets to work, pleasant cleans up work area

The Sears technician was right on time for his scheduled repair appointment. He was very polite and looked to be well prepared with his tools and parts. The Technician quickly made the required ice-maker repair and he also ordered a filter cover which arrived the next day. Thank You for the Quick and Speedy repair

It was a good service call overall. Really like your text, e-mail and phone notifications. I don't like the $70 automatic charge to do a diagnostic. It was plain to see that my seal needed repair on the washer, I feel the diagnostics charge was not required, as you already charge a $79 fee just to show up.

Overall very positive, the service person explained the service to be done and handled it well.

Done well, however, tech would not repair turn off valve originally installed by Sears saying that he could not repair anything on the outside of cooler. If this is a Sear's policy, it should be reconsidered if you want to keep customers happy. If you don't keep customers happy with your work, customers may find other methods outside of Sears which would not re-enforce good will with your customers so that they may find other venues for service. Keep us happy within reason.
