Rufus was a great repairman. It was too bad he had to correct the misdiagnosis of the first repairman, but he got the job done as promised.

The repairman came out within the week of us calling. We then had to wait another two weeks for additional parts to arrive. The serviceman had set his return appointment before he left from the first one. He showed up when he was supposed to and was gone in a flash. All went well.

Service was excellent. Price too high for what was done = blow steam up the drain tube. BUT it probably was the cure. A better design would eliminate the problem in the first place and eliminate the requirement for a service call.

The Service Technician was 5-star. He was better than expected, however the scheduler was rude and not helpful. I explained that I needed a earlier appointment due to leaving the country. He said it was impossible. I asked to speak to his supervisor or manager. He said he is the manager and if I had any complaints to call Customer Solutions. This man was located in Phoenix and probably working out of his home. I phoned Customer Solutions and after navigating the robot talked to a person that somehow understood what I was trying to accomplish and easily set up the appointment one week earlier. Interesting because this person was a hesitant communicator, but very polite and helpful.
