I am not sure about the service I am waiting to be done, previously was great but this time I had to order part then wait for delivery then schedule tech??? While I have no use of my dryer????

Technician was polite and very noligable the appt staff and a guy that answered was very rude they canceled 2 times the third time 8-12 window he got there passed 1:15 no call nothing my only t o take care of things wasted.
