The technician, Roman, came on 3/31 and left stating the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and that he'd submitted the form. He said I'd be hearing from Sears within 2-3 days. On day 3, 4/3, I called and after going through 5 departments with AI and actual representatives, I was told that he put in a form stating my disposal was working perfectly. On the final call, Sears representative stated that I would have to have a senior technician come out and confirm it needed to be replaced on 4/8. I would then get a coupon code within 3 days to order another disposal. Depending on how long it took to be shipped, a technician would then come out and replace it. The total time would be over 3 weeks. This is unacceptable. I canceled my warranty service.

I had Sears repair come to repair my washing machine. It took me a week and a half to get an appoitment even with my Master Service Agreement. When the repair person arrived he came in started the repair and left. He did not have me sign for the repair nor did he clean up the mess he made in my laundry room or even let me know he was leaving. He even left all the parts that he exchanged on the floor. Today just one week later my washing machine is doing the same thing it was doing a week ago and when I called today I am told I will have to wait another week for a repair person even thou my machine is full of water and cloths and it will not drain. If this is the service you get with a Master Service agreement I would hate to see the service you get without one, oh wait it might be better as you are paying for the service right then. I guess Sears is so busy fixing their equipment that is way it takes so long to get an appointment. Very unhappy customer. I rate this a MINUS 5 stars.

We have been loyal customers of Sears since 1972. We have had many appliances we have purchaced from sears and have never had a problem. We purchased a new refrigeratoron Feb 22 2015.It ran good for 5 weeks and then the refrigerator quit working. We lost everything in the refrigerator. We have had repair out 3 times and they can't seem to fix the problem. We have asked for a replacement but without extended warranty they say it is only good for 4 weeks. It is very hard not having a working refrigerator. We have tried going thru the proper channels and being we didn't purchase the extra warranty they insist our only choices are to keep sending repair out. Every time we make a appointment it is a week before they can come back. We are canceling our credit card and we will never purchase another sears product.

Horrible claim experience with Sears. When they brought in the fridge, there were missing shelves, a missing drawer, they damaged the walls and floor EXTENSIVELY and the claim process has been a joke.
