Technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. The freezer door was not sealing properly and needed a minor adjustment for which I was charged $175.20! No parts were needed, just a simple adjustment. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS AND HAS "ADJUSTED" MY LIKELIHOOD OF DOING BUSINESS WITH SEARS IN FUTURE. To add insult to injury it was just out of warranty too. :(

The worst service! After testing the unit technician, called his supervisor for advice after that technician start telling my wife it would be around $13,000.00 to replaced the unit. It gets worse since, the unit is under warranty so we called the service representative and it took 5 phone numbers and 1 1/2 hrs to end with the same number we started with. As of today, I have not been able to talk to anybody that knows what to do, everybody gives you a phone number just to get rid of you. So pointless getting a warranty just getting the run around when trying to redeem.

The technician fixed the problem but broke the drain tube and I called several times and they didn't fix it. I explained over the phone that when the technician pushed back the washer against the wall, broke the pipe and didn't repair it. Very dissapointed

Although the repair technician was very polite I do not think he responded to my concerns. I told him the washer was making loud noises during the spin cycle. It is a stackable unit in a closet and he said is sounded fine when he ran the beginning of the wash cycle and then used a vacuum to clean out the dryer outlet. He did not pull out the unit to check the belts in the washing machine.

Terrible service. When you cannot fix a 10 year old washing machine and declare it inoperable, that is the worst customer care I have ever seen.

By the time the repairman arrived the pilot light stopped clicking. So he refused to check it out. He said it was probably, because it was dirty, or wet. I'm just glad Sears is going out of business soon.
