Always great service, easy to call for appointments, and very clear when they are expected. They checked out all areas in our appliances and had recommendations for products to protect our HE washer. We are thankful for the great service, keeping our three appliances in tiptop shape!

Noel spent a lot of time researching a solution for us. Unfortunately he could not fix the problem without compromising the warranty. The conclusion was that it was not the disposer that was faulty, but it was the plumbing configuration.

The service repair man came within the scheduled time. He was very professional, courteous, informative. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and it was going to take a bit to get it all fixed. He had every piece of replacement parts needed with him in his truck. So didn't have to wait for days for repairs, especially when living in a small mountain community that they have to commute to.
