Roman was great. A previous Sears service tech said they would be there two days prior at 12, then showed up at 11, rang the doorbell and left and said I wasn’t home. Never left a phone number or any way to contact. Fast forward to Roman, he gave an accurate arrival time, called me when he was on his way, and showed up and got the job done. Thank you Roman!

Yesterday, Sunday at noon, my refrigerator stopped freezing. I was looking for a good technician and I found him at Sears Home Services. They sent Howard M. He contacted me, arrived at the agreed-upon time, and explained to me step by step what he was doing to find the problem. I'm glad he was able to fix it right away. So, my refrigerator is working again today, Monday at noon. Thank you, Mr. Howard, for your good work.👍😊
