My tech was outstanding! He came late in the day and I didn't think he would have time to do everything that I expected him to do. Boy was I wrong. He repaired a part that had been taken out by my tenant, he was sensational. Can't recommend him high enough!

Roman did his job well, my complaint is I have 3 refrigerators and you only scheduled him to do 1. Told other service people would be coming. Had 8- 12 time it is 12:45 and no one else has shown up To me that is lousy time management. Question is wioll someone come to check the appliances or is the protection plan for a yearly check up gone by the wayside,let alone should I renew the plan.

My tech was nice and courteous. But, when I called, I said the oven is not working. So $75 later, he said the stove is broken. Duh
