The technician was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He recommended replacing the part due to "wear and tear" because, although repaired, it would likely break down again. The part was ordered for our ice dispenser and indeed after becoming rather temperamental in dispensing the ice, did require replacement. . . Sears has always provided us with excellent repair services.

On time, explained exactly what was what and what was needed etc. Technician was clean and polite. Service called me to tell me Technician on the way. Also an email was sent for the same reason.
