We had a problem with our Kenmore Elite Dishwasher so we called the service desk expecting to spend the next half hour on the phone. Low and behold within five minutes we had an appointment for the next morning. The repairman was prompt and efficient. He answered all our questions and was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely continue using Sears Appliance Repair.

The service man was wonderful. Turned out it was the circuit breaker! But he helped show me how to figure out which one was bad and took the time to find screws to put the cover back on the panel. He also put the icemaker back in for me. He was on time, helpful and pleasant.
