Noel spent a lot of time researching a solution for us. Unfortunately he could not fix the problem without compromising the warranty. The conclusion was that it was not the disposer that was faulty, but it was the plumbing configuration.

He had every piece of replacement parts needed with him in his truck. So didn't have to wait for days for repairs, especially when living in a small mountain community that they have to commute to.
