This is the 6th time we have had these guys out and they are all professional and efficient. As for the ice maker it has now been completely replaced internally and we are hopeful it will be successful this time. No fault on the service guys just a "lemon" ice maker by Kenmore. This is our 2nd ice maker, the other one lasted many years. This one not so much.

Don was very prompt and extremely nice. I don't appreciate 36 calls to reply to a survey that is NOT accessible. Ridiculous.
