I’ve had this washer for 15 years and it is the FIRST time I’ve had to repair it! It was a relatively quick fix...the repair guy perfectly adequate. My washer is back to work! I’m a happy woman!

The repairman diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He was courteous and professional. I won't hesitate to call him back if I need to.
