Bill, the technician that was sent out, was nothing short of AMAZING. He was courteous and was able to repair my dryer within half an hour. Such a different and positive experience from previous companies used.

Howard, my technician, knew immediately upon turning on the dryer what the problem was and was able to do the maintenance required to repair it during his first service call!
