I had a good experience. The repairman was knowable, polite and professional in every way. I called for repair because my freezer was leaking water. It has only been a little more than a month since the repair and it is leaking again. I will call in the morning to schedule service.

Rufus was a great repairman. It was too bad he had to correct the misdiagnosis of the first repairman, but he got the job done as promised.

The repairman came out within the week of us calling. We then had to wait another two weeks for additional parts to arrive. The serviceman had set his return appointment before he left from the first one. He showed up when he was supposed to and was gone in a flash. All went well.
