The final cost for these repairs was over $1400, almost 3 times the original cost of the new dishwasher. That’s insanity!

evidently the bottom panel for the dishwasher was not put back correctly, a screw popped out when if opened the door and now the panel is loose???

The repairman was 1 1/2 hrs late (window 8-noon) didn't arrive until after 1:30pm. Initially, we called because starting the washing machine was hit or miss and sometimes took 20 minutes of playing with it before it would engage in the wash cycle. The repairman said nothing was wrong with it and sold my husband a 2 yr warranty on the appliance. So, we paid $187.00 for the warranty and service call and he did nothing.

Service tech has no personality with customers, parts where sent directly to us and we where not told they were coming. We received two shipments of parts and told of the second shipment. Had problem with warranty not identified with the equipment we had. It took a long time to get parts.

The best thing that can be said is that the service rep showed up on time. He had an attitude and was not at all polite. He fixed one issue but he was unprepared to address the second issue. This was another unnecessary display of attitude. He gave me wrong advice on how I HAD TO DEAL with the second problem and then tried to upsell me to a yearly maintenance contract. I have used Sears and Sears [Kenmore etc] products for years but not again. I can't recommend this service and will not ever use them again.

The maintenance was carried out ok........and the serviceman was an hour early, which is normally not the case. However, when I went to use the dryer the next day, the door would not close and the hinge is loose! Not sure why the door was removed........but still waiting for him to return to refit the hinge correctly(4 days later).

The technician replaced the sensor on my ceramic glass top stove. It is working, however, when pushing the stove back into it's space he caused a crack across two burners on the stove top. Because he had me sign a waver in case there was some minor damage on my floor when pulling out the stove, I was unable to get the crack taken care of. The waver was for the floor being damaged, not the top of my stove. So I have mixed feelings about the whole repair job.

Horrible experience. The AI system called me four times just to confirm my address, and the technician was not friendly. Then they refused to complete the repair because the address was incorrect on their work order, which makes no sense. The service window was 1–5 PM, but the technician didn’t show up until 4:35. Meanwhile, the automated updates kept saying they’d arrive earlier, first 2 PM, then 3 PM, then 4:30. It was extremely frustrating to wait that long for such poor service.

He told me that if I didn’t give him cash to fix the problem which is an easy fix he was going cause problems with us and cinch. I of course said no. Please help this is totally unethical
