This is the worst experience I have had with a HVAC technician in my life and I’m 70. This person, on his own and without asking me, changed our appointment times twice. He told me he did this “because he has a life.” He forged my signature on his paperwork. This person should be fired. He told my home warranty people that an OEM caused this and now they say I’m not covered. That part has been in this heater for years.

Repair person came out Jan 13th for my washer, stated it was a lint sensor, ordered a latch/lid part (?), which has arrived but now the appointments for the repair person to come back & fix it are being mysteriously rescheduled without giving me any notice (after I've driven 2 hrs to be at this location-2nd home, twice now). They have a website that I can log into & see my appointment date & time range and again, mine has been mysteriously changed and now states Jan 28th as the new appointment date. I would not use this company. As stated by others, you are only able to speak to an AI attendant, not a live person. Also, seems overpriced. I could buy a new washing machine for the price of this repair.

HORRENDUS EXPERIENCE not a SINGLE call- cant even update the notes to tell the tech to call me so i can get them through the gate- TWO SEPERATE TWCHS NEVER SHOWED, NEVER CALLED AND I NEVER EVEN GOR A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE AN ACTIVE DUTY FAMILY EVER

I had made a service call a week ago, I got a message the morning of the repair that I was the techs second stop, I get a second message that the tech is on the way, then I get a message no one was at home. Your tech did not even knock on the front door. This is the second time this has happened.

You cannot get ahold of anybody on the phone. Everything is AI. They keep ordering the wrong part, but I can't communicate that with them. Until they come to my house to install the incorrect part. Nothing is worse than calling and asking to speak to a person and they tell you that is not an available option. Especially when you've been without a refrigerator for a month

Changed appointment time to next day 20 minutes before tech was suppose to arrive. time was between 1 and 5. Said tech was coming out again next day. Said tech had arrived, but no tech. No one to talk to.Will give Sears the worse rating possible.

No written diagnostic created. Am disputing charges and will never use Sears again. Jamie is a nice man, but Sears’ lack of follow through with a report is unacceptable and I’ll work with my credit card company to dispute ALL charges and may even pursue criminal charges against your company. I demand to be called with this report as I have a home warranty company (Choice) and they’re dumbfounded Sears provided zero documentation in writing. Shane on your company. I live in a senior complex of over 1900 homes, and everyone will know not to use your services now.

The guy came never stepped foot on my property never looked at my unit never touched my unit so it’s not repaired and just left so he has no idea what I had of a mini split or what’s wrong with it. The worst service. I’m waiting for you to send a new technician to fix my garage unit
