They send unqualified technician who told me that they do not work on Monogram refrigerators and still charged me fior visit.Customer services also very rude.

The service was terrible!!! I waited 5 hours they did not call .When I called I was told the repair man had gone home. I rescheduled and it happened exactly the same no call no show. It was a waist of time.

What a mess this repair has been! First time had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, then of course order the parts & wait again. After waiting the technician didn't bother to show up, had to wait for an appointment again. When he finally showed up (wait for it) ..... The ordered parts were the WRONG ONES! Back to waiting for parts & feels like we will be waiting forever for service!

We are "fully" covered under the largest protection plan that Sears offers. Due to Sears' difficulty in scheduling the repair after the parts arrived, we had to continue to buy 'dry-ice' for additional days to keep the fridge cool. That created an additional cost of $65 out of our pockets. 'Not a lot of money, but with our huge "protection plan", why couldn't Sears cover that cost?! And we've had their plan for almost 20 years!

Needed a new dryer motor. Diagnostic was quick and easy. The motor was sent to my house. To install, the tech canceled an hour after the 3 hour window. The second tech did not show up, but reported the job as complete. After more than a month, I had to hire someone else to install my motor. If you want your repair complete, hire ANYONE else.

Terrible, terrible experience dealing with these folks. First they don't have repair people available until 10 days later, then they don't come with the parts. Our dishwasher broke almost 2 months ago, and it's still not fixed.

Worse experience ever. Do not use Sears! Waited almost two months for a repair and they ordered the wrong part for 3 times. They would not refund the credit card for services not rendered and not diagnosed and their overseas customer service center is worthless, they barely speak fluent English and are rude.

This was the third visit to fix the icemaker within 90 days. Charged $99 on first visit for diagnostics and $99 on second visit for diagnostics. Same problem. Labor charge to for installing the icemaker in 15 minutes was $191.25. The icemaker itself costs about $185.00 I'm still waiting for resolution.
