Armando did an outstanding job. He immediately found and fixed the problem, and now we finally have our old dryer working perfectly again. And since there had been several previous failed attempts, he made sure we weren't overcharged. We're glad to have our old machine back, because they don't make them like they used to.

The technician Mark was FANTASTIC. Inspected, described what was wrong with the washer, fixed the problem, gave me important information about my washer. Mark was super friendly, professional, informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He deserves special recognition and a raise.

This technician knew his stuff it was raining, but it was very clean. Didn’t bring in the dirt from the outside was very careful where he placed his items and told us everything we needed to hear. It was an amazing experience.
