The Repair Technician did a great job with explanation of the cost of repair and optional Annual Service Agreement for our home appliances, including repair for my LG Front Loading Washing Machine. He was prompt and answered my questions. He was very polite and professional! I highly recommend Sears Home Services!

Checked and cleaned all 5 appliances. Called an hour before to let me know when he'd arrive. Showed right at scheduled time. Informed me of any problems. Cleaned up after himself. Chris did a very good job. Would use again.
