On 10-06-2025 a Sears repair technician came out to check out the problem I was having with my washing machine the technician said that the agitator was not seating properly and that he had to order a new agitator and he rescheduled a service call for 10-10-2025. Sears Home Warranty texted me on 10-07-2025 stating that the agitator would be delivered that day and gave me 2 options for a service call 10-08-2025 or 10-09-2025 of course I took 10-08-2025. Great service from the technician (he set the agitator in the machine and internally screwed it in place), but “Greater” service from Sears Home Warranty (Samantha) for notifying on the delivery and options for service. My washing is up and running better than ever

Dan C. The repair technician from Sears was outstanding. He was the 3rd repair tech that was sent by our insurance and should have been the first and only. He was thorough and professional and extremely patient with getting approval from our insurance company. He stayed online with the insurance call until we got a replacement authorization. Now we wait for our replacement. Thank again Dan.

We have the home appliance warranty and use it on occasion. Nice paying $100 deductible on repairs on older appliances. If they were all new we wouldn't use a warranty, but we do like the service when we need it. Edit: Forgot to mention. The technicians have always been very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Thanks, Michael!
