Rosendo tried to fix my freezer but the previous technician did such a bad job that Rosendo was unable to fix it. Now my freezer is not working in spite of Rosendo’s efforts. He stayed and tried to two hours to fix it.

My Technician explained everything at the beginning before he started. He was kind and made sure he kept everything clean as he was working. When my technician was done, he explained what I needed to do before I use my refrigerator.
