Chris came and fixed my riding lawnmower leading to provide a flawless experience, however to receive the parts and get Customer Service to helped me to make an appointment, it took 5 LONG MONTHS, I think my warranty should be extended with out ask, the time it took Sears to fix my riding tractor.

Enrique found the problem right away. The washer hose was resting on the ground and the water couldn't drain right. I had a previous service appointment, which fixed my other problems with the washer so possibly the hose dipped down to the floor when the washer was repaired. Enrique also noticed the washer was out of balance so he adjusted the legs to level it out. It was a quick and easy fix.
