This is the second time that I've had Sears come and repair our units. They were scheduled a day apart, and we were had the privilege of having the same repair man who is very knowledgeable, nice courteous and explain things as he gone along repairing our appliances in my opinion, this person definitely deserves Some thank you and definitely an increase in salary. One of the best repairs we've ever had service our appliances.
