Christopher, it's a great guy. My refrigerator seems to be the problem. Christopher is trying to fix it but he doesn't have a crystal ball to see exactly what's wrong so he's trying.

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. However, the parts cost was almost as much as buying a new washer. Spending that kind of $$ on a 10 year old washer made no sense.
