Absolutely the worst and most inconsiderate service team

Beginning to end dealing with Sears and its technicians has been a nightmare despite paying for an extended warranty program. Washing machine leaked and flooded, requiring an insurance claim against our home policy, despite it being a Samsung problem. Sears tech team did not take this seriously but after 6 visits, finally acknowledges that there was a leak and replaced the parts. To rub salt in the wound, the tech was against the idea of writing up the full report and uploading pictures which show the cause of leak "because it was too much work to do."

Sears repair service

Sears technicians tried to repair, however, the parts never arrived as the first tech ordered them on 07/31/23 said it would arrive in 2 days. It is impossible to speak to a live person as chat does not work. In two words, "Sears sucks." After numerous failures 2 month old freezer was returned for a deferent brand. I see now why sears is going under. Any questions, call sears if you can.

not repaired waste of time

1st the fridge broke your company kept cancelling & r/s it took one month to reapair my fridge. 2nd time now the freezer is not cooling properly. when I buy ice cream the popsicles are mushy. Usually they get solid. Also the frozen food it's not frozen. * PLease sent me a new fridge Otherwise my husband is taking the company to smalls claim court. Tour hours, late pass my four hour window On

It was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ‼️ This is the second time that the technician was two hours pass my 4 hour windows ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Why do I bother making an appointment? Why don't you just say stay home all day. The technician was in and out, but was two hours late.

Washing machine repair

Technician said he was done with repair and was leaving. I asked him to please run the cycle to make sure washer was fixed. When it was to start agitating it only spun, and it agitated when it was supposed to spin!! He then ordered 7 more parts and I have to wait almost another 2 weeks for the next technician to replace them! All technicians should check the FULL cycle to be SURE the repair has been done correctly!

You mean the guy that drove past my house and didn't stop then forged the paperwork with my signature showing that the job was completed? I'd give him a minus 100!!!!! Not a good way to represent Sears.

Service for stove exhaust fan

The service tech came and did nothing I don't feel right paying for nothing being done and told to call my warranty again The exhaust fan clock is still working He said he will not touch anything because the word exhaust was not listed in the repair instructions
