Horrible Service
He arrived late then the time window. didn't introduce himself. He seamed bothered to be doing his job. It was very unpleasant. Then he issued cussing while taking the dryer apart. He states that my machine is going to catch on fire soon. So he says you can pay $50 and I will clean it out or you clean it out yourself. I asked if he was here to repair my machine isn't that part of my warrant he said no unless I pay him. I felt like he was justing wanted to take my money so I asked what comes with the warranty I am paying for? He said that is consider maintenance call. So I asked if I make an appointment my maintenance will he clean it he said yes but it will cost me more money. At this point I am very upset. I had to get down and vacuum and clean the machine before he can repair. The whole experience was awful and unprofessional. If he would explained that maintenance is not part of the warranty or a different appointment I would have understand but he didn't. I had service on my dryer before and he opened up the dryer , cleaned it and repaired it. So that is why I was confused. It might be worth to keep paying for a warranty, I am saying for the warranty plus a service fee with no maintenance on a washer or dryer. I am very disappointed in Sears.

Unhappy and dis-satisfied
Very unhappy and dis-satisfied with the service I have rec'd so far. My washing machine is still broken and has been since October 20th !!!!

Unsatisfied
No one showed up today or called to cancel. Every time someone comes, they have an excuse to not fix our unit. Here we are a weeks later and still no air conditioning to my to floor.

bad attitude
even though he installed the door lock on my washer. he started with a bad attitude by saying the other technician was wrong by ordering panel parts and another part. i asked him to install the other 2parts and u have the original parts and. they are working fine. i said the other technician said their is an intermittent problem so i should order the other parts. Armando just turn around and left. this new Company can't ride on Sears reputation. The new company has abused my trust by taking 2 times a month because of unknown reason. I want to be drop from your service. You a bad person for using A I . Customer can not talk to a real agent. Hopefully Other people will read this article and take a look at their banking information.

TECHNICIAN DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY WASHER MACHINE OF THE BRAND SPEED QUEEN HE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD GET A SPEED QUEEN TECHNICIANS AND LEFT AND SAID I HAVE TO GO I CANT STAY HERE AND HE LEFT AND WALK OUT THE DOOR AND I NOTIFIED SPEEDQUEEN OF MY EXPERIENCE

Disappointed
I was very disappointed to learn that the brand new icemaker we just had installed two months ago had to be replaced for yet another 200+ dollars because it had been more than 30 days since it was installed, I will definitely never use Sears home service repair again.

Dryer repair
This has nothing to do with Francisco. Almost 2 months ago, I requested repair on my dryer. It needed 2 parts. 1 was a timer, which I still have not received. My dryer is still not completely fixed. Can someone please look into that and let me know?

Best Service Ever
Francisco arrived exactly when he said he would. (text messages) He was neat, clean and very personable. He went to work as soon as he got in the door and had my problem diagnosed in minutes and repaired in no time. This guy knows his stuff and I am very satisfied with his services. Based on Franciscos work I would highly recommend people use the Sears Repair service for all their household needs.
