Good Technician
Great knowledge but to much talking about his life and how he wants to leave this country and move to Vietnam

David was fine, he was able to fix the issue without much fuss. The overall service was extremely poor. A technician was schedule to come to my house on Wednesday between 1:00 and 5:00. I waited all afternoon just to finally get an update that the technician would be at my house between 6:00 and 7:00. I think I finally received a call around 7:45 from a technician saying he had been delayed and would not be able to see me until Friday. He added that it was always a risk to set an appointment in the afternoon. I am not at all happy with the disregard for my time. I'm not sure based on the scheduling issues that I will use your service again.

Chino, CANeed issue resolved with freezer and ice maker
My experience has not been the greatest not being able to communicate with live agents. Had to reschedule tech to come out after replacing freezer motor fan and still have no ice. Asked tech if I should be expecting ice soon and tech said yes that ice maker was reset. One whole day no ice. Hope they can fix the issue and not have to call back again.

For 3 months we have been waiting on parts and to have our microwave repaired. What we have gotten is frustration. Today, having been told that a senior tech would be here to either fix the appliance or approve a replacement, what we get is told that they need to order more parts. Not this time. We are done. All parts on this machine have been replaced at one time or another.

Been without a fridge for 4 weeks. It took three visits, first to tell us that they needed to order a part, second to tell us that part didn't fix and other parts needed to be ordered. You have to wait a week in between each of these visits. Such an inconvenience. Tech seemed bothered and irritated. Not great customer service considering the time we waited to get a fix.

issue not diagnosed
David as a person was great, unfortunately he was unable to find the dryer "OUT" vent; what I thought was the out vent he said that wasn't it so he was unable to find the reason why the dryer was not completely dying - i have rescheduled - David would not be the right technician to send.
