My service was scheduled for today between 1 and 5. I have documentation to confirm the time. I woke up this morning to a message reminder that the repair person would be arriving between 8 and 12. I already had a doctor appt scheduled for 11:30. When Gabriel called at 10:30 to tell me he was on his way, I informed him that I would not be available and explained the issue. He said he would come by late afternoon to install the parts that had been ordered 2 weeks prior. I really appreciated his working with me to get my washer repaired today rather than rescheduling it for another day
