Bryan was wonderful. Professional, friendly, courteous, & efficient. It would be nice if Sears had repairman carry more parts when repairs are needed. It took from 24AUG until today to repair my dishwasher due to time that it took to get the necessary parts. Thank God it wasn't my refrigerator or freezer that needed repaired.

Sera Home Services has a problem! Sears had confirmed my appointment for Fri., 09/15/23. But ON Fri, 09/15/23 I received a text message saying that I have an appointment TOMORROW on 09/15/23. I called Sears but was told I have NO appointment correlated with my phone number. It then hung up. And no one came to fix my refrigerator that day Fri, 09/15/23. I called Sat and it said my appointment is in the PAST already, but I can reschedule. I rescheduled for Mon, 09/18/23. And Rosendo came and repaired it! Sears made a mistake with keeping customer appointments straight!
